Cesar (Captain)
With over 10 years of sailing experience in the Caribbean, Cesar has been navigating the waters of San Blas and Guna Yala since 2015. His journey began in Cartagena, Colombia, where the sea became his classroom. Starting as a chef and evolving into a professional captain, Cesar now blends safe navigation, onboard cuisine, and exceptional hospitality. Fluent in Spanish and English, with knowledge of Italian and Portuguese, his love for music and meeting people creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere on board.
Geo (Chef)
Geo discovered life at sea in 2022 and quickly fell in love with sailing, island life, and Guna Yala culture. Originally from Córdoba, Argentina, she brings together her culinary skills and hospitality background to create fresh, flavorful meals and a warm onboard experience. Her energy and attention to detail make every San Blas boat trip feel personal and comfortable.
Miguel (First Mate)
Born and raised in Guna Yala, Miguel is an essential part of the crew. He supports both the captain and the chef, ensuring everything runs smoothly on board. Fluent in Guna and Spanish, and passionate about fishing and diving, Miguel brings invaluable local knowledge of the San Blas islands. His goal is to become a captain, and his enthusiasm adds a truly authentic touch to every voyage.
