We’re a couple who came to the Caribbean about ten years ago, just to travel. Somewhere between Colombia and Panama, we discovered Guna Yala... and what was meant to be a short stop slowly became home.

FAQ

Guna Yala (formerly known as San Blas) is an autonomous region on Panama’s Caribbean coast. It’s home to over 360 tropical islands managed by the Guna people, offering a truly untouched paradise.

You can reach Guna Yala by 4x4 vehicle and boat, or by private flight from Panama City. We’ll help you arrange the best transportation based on your itinerary and preferences.

Your sailing experience includes accommodation on board, full board meals, beverages (with moderate consumption), and a professional crew to guide and support you throughout the trip.

You’ll also have access to snorkeling gear, fishing equipment, and either kayaks or paddle boards (depending on the boat). Fresh bed linen and boat towels are provided — and of course, guaranteed fun and unforgettable memories.

Transportation to the boat and entrance fees to the Guna Yala Comarca are not included. Additional expenses such as local crafts, beverages purchased on the islands, and personal travel insurance are also not covered.

We accept various payment methods. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which can be made online or via bank transfer.

Due to banking fees and limitations in the region, we kindly ask that the remaining balance be paid in cash (U.S. dollars) upon boarding the boat. Some digital payments may include additional transaction fees.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your reservation with at least 15 days' notice.

We offer a flexible policy and can help you reschedule your trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Please note: the 20% deposit required to confirm your booking is non-refundable.

Yes, there is Wi-Fi available on board. However, please note that the signal can be weak or intermittent due to the remote location of the San Blas Islands.

Thank you Flor and Nico for this unforgettable experience! Beautiful hosts and adorable people. Thank you Flor for your preparations ceviche, risotto, lobsters and the great variety of noble fish and fresh fruits, which filled our palate with flavors. Nico, a great captain, gave us the opportunity to travel the waters with historical anecdotes about pirates, navigators' ships and about those mysteries that hide the islands. As a photographer I was lucky enough to navigate through places with movie landscapes, snorkel through coral reefs and enjoy the aquatic biodiversity of the region. I hope we can visit you again soon, we still have a lot to know, thank you very much for your love and hospitality!

Un placer navegar en el atila con Nico y Flor! El catamaran es hermoso, las habitaciones súper cómodas y podes ver el mar desde tu ventana cuando estás acostado, las islas increíbles, la comida para chuparse los dedos y el capi y su marinera super serviciales y llenos de buenas historias!!
